Dave has been a tattoo artist since 1991. He started in Louisburg Federal Penitentiary. Fisrt piece was on a Hell's Angel, "Little Ricky" doing two life sentences +30. His other interests include skydiving, BASE jumping (retired, willing to come back for another Mr. Bill off of New River), and hunting.
